Shipping and Orders
Order Processing and Delivery Policy
I. Order Processing
Processing Time: We will process and dispatch orders within 5 to 7 working days (from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and legal holidays). However, we will ensure that orders are dispatched as soon as possible.
Shipping Notification: Once the order is ready for shipment, we will send an email notification containing the logistics tracking number. You can check the shipping status of the package through the United States Postal Service (usps.com).
II. Delivery Policy
Free Shipping Policy: If the order amount reaches $1000, you are eligible for free shipping service.
Shipping Fee Standard: When the order amount is less than $1000, a fixed shipping fee of $10 will be charged.
Delivery Time: Under normal circumstances, goods will be shipped within 5 to 7 working days, and the goods will be delivered within 15 to 20 working days after dispatch, except for special situations (such as issues with the logistics provider or force majeure factors). If there is a delay in the delivery time, please contact us in a timely manner.
This situation only applies to half of the express deliveries. If you need expedited delivery, please follow the international delivery method.
(II) International Delivery
Deliverable Areas: We only provide delivery services to residential or commercial addresses. Currently, we do not support certain remote areas and regions restricted by international logistics. (For specific non-deliverable areas, you can consult our customer service staff.)
Shipping Fee Calculation: The international shipping fee and expedited shipping fee are determined according to the recipient’s address. The system will automatically calculate the specific fees when you place an order.
Delivery Time: Generally speaking, the goods will be delivered to you within 10 to 15 working days after dispatch.
III. Order Cancellation
